Is it too early to give up Palmer and try to get Cutler?

After today's performance it makes only 5 TD pes in Palmers last 7 games. It might be to early to cut him, but never to early to look at a replacement. If you have the luxury of keeping him on your bench to see if he plays like he did a few years ago.
