Could I have anxiety? PLEASE ANSWER?

I have slight OCD and anxiety in hereditary in my family. When my moms at work or in cl, Ill send her multiple text messages if shes 5-10 minutes late from the time she tells me she'll be home. And if shes 30 min to an hour late, ill freak out and cry and shake and get scared that something happend to her. Sometimes her and my dad'll fight and i will literally shake as if im having a seizure and cry and send her texts and call her because i get scared. It happens quite often and she wonders if i have something too. Things like my little anxiety attacks have happend for.. i guess quite some time.. i just happend to notice now. im 13 :thank you
