Where is the cheapest and best place to get online driver's ed?

I would like to do online driving cl. (I have a whole summer to do this!) I'm from fremont, CA and would like to know which company I should choose. I know that capitol driving school is only $30 , however, i heard that the service is so bad, it's afraud because after you complete it, you don't get the pink slip to give to DMV. Besides, the lady over the counter really gives me the shivers, anyhow, I would like to know so please help me, your comments heavily influence my final choice! THANKS A BUNCH =)
