Im torn between joining the Air Force or Army..Please Help?

I went to both Army and Air Force recruiter and processed but I dont know which to join. In the Army theyll start me off at E3 and give me a $6000 bonus for my MOS and I ship out faster. The Air Force will only start me E2 and no bonus. I will do a computer networking job with both. Does Anyone have an opinion which I should join. I heard the Army deploys more and longer, Is this true?
