How new NFL stadiums are paid for.?

Nancy R: I don't know the specifics of that stadium, however, yes, most new stadiums are publicly funded (aka tax dollars). Sports clubs often have political lobbyist. A new Stadium is usually approved on the Country or City Government level, not the State level. Politically speaking, stadiums are usually promoted due to increased tourism, increased attendance, etc.......all of which politicians say will bring money into the community (going to restaurants, employment, etc..).
