Andorra low season week in August?

We want to book flights to go to Andorra, last year there was a 'low season' price for 1 week in August some accommodation presumably corresponding to when neither Spaniards or French want to go on Holiday. As prices are not out yet, can anyone please enlighten me as to which is the most likeley week
