Has anyone else seen this?

there was a woman arrested for walking her dogs and they used the bathroom in her neighbors yard (who was a state trooper) and they arrested her and she is actually in JAIL for this. I was just wanting to see what you guys thought of this? personally i think its ridiculous...their putting people in jail for stupid reasons but letting murderers and child molesters walk free? This makes me feel insecure because they are more worried about where a dog craps then people actually doing CRIMES! whats your thoughts?
