I'm LATE for the 1st time in YEARS! Pregnant?? HELP?

Okay. We have been TTC for a little while. 3 months. Well this month I started having symptoms 2dpo. But not anything serious until about 10dpo.. I had cramping, SORRRRREEE , little bumps on the , irritable, nauseus, SO TIRED all the time. I have tested and only gotten negatives.. I am now 2 days late which hasn't happened in four years! I hope this is it. I am scared to take a test and see a BFN! I am praying for a BFP anyday now. My question is what is the latest you had to test to see that positive?
