Which is the power end in the 4-3?

Are mario williams and julius peppers the power end in the 4-3? Cause i'm looking at a scouting report on daquan bowers and they said hes best suited to play power end in a 4-3. And I dont know if thats the one on the opposite side of the left tackle or right tackle.
