When can i start putting fly spray on my colt?

he is 2 weeks old and i have been wiping him down with baby wipes (it actualy works) we are being over run by those big horse flys and i know hes miserable the baby wipes work but not as good as the fly sprays do also which one is the safest for him we use bronco gold now,thanx
