Things to do in Pensacola, Florida and close surrounding areas.?

My boyfriend is taking me there with his friend after harvest and I want to know what I'm in for out in Pensacola. Were taking a plane there and I have never been on one so I'm nervous so if any one knows how long the plan right would be from North Dakota to Pensacola. Thanks and much appreciated.
