Is it illegal to force a dog to watch TV? Read description?

Like oh my goodness Cindy Bear just kept twitching and she would not STOP! So i plucked her in front of the ole TV and made her watch the program until she calmed down. Now i am kinda scared. I need to know if the FBI is going to knock on my door. Im scared. I mean i didn't mean any harm, it was just to calm down the dog!
