How to make a good dream team?

I dont go in for the dream teams just the normal tipping, am not doing to well this year but got down to 5 out of 11,000+ with the super 14s, hope I do a bit better than I have been so far, but my partner got a 'woeful tipping' last year not even 1 right so he holds the worst record in this house lol! :)
