Has Senator McCain *changed his mind*, "evolved" or just plain flip-flop'd?

Well partly it has to do with his age, he can't remember what his stance is on many issues, much less he & his wife can't remembr to pay their taxes on their houses, my my, must be nice to be old, rich & forgetful.
