Should the law change their freedom of speech, to stop people like Harold Camping?

Let them speak. Go ahead. As long as their not hurting anyone. If they did change the laws would the police really be up for all the extra paper work? Besides I rather they be more strict on the "Public Peace" and "Civil Peace" laws so those Preachers and Chanters who chant and preach in public and usually insult and try to humiliate people get thrown in jail. Once I went on Vacation and a guy preached to me how I was a ed up sinner, a gluttonous baboon, I should burn, I don't deserve gods love, you know... "The Good Stuff". Those are people who should be taken care of. People have been making predictions about the end of the world since civilization started. When Mount Vesuvius went off people saw that as Gods anger and him wanting to destroy civil life. When the minor Ice Age Struck North Europe and Asia people saw it as the end of the world and that God was going to freeze us over. Mayans predicted the end of their world by invasion from aliens with weird wooden transportation, demon mounts, and loud weapons.... Although that one pretty much came true since there are very few Mayan Tribes in Mexico... There were tons of predictions way before 1884, and there'll be many more predictions beyond 2200. Back then there WERE laws to stop public speach, did it work? May I remind Martin Luther and his 95 Thesis? Nothing will prevent us from publicly speaking, especially in our Country.
