I am married 2 a filipina. We married in her country. We r in Q8. Can I claim her on my taxes this year?

I met her in Kuwait where I work as a contractor, we were married in the Philippines and we are still in Kuwait. We haven't been to the U.S. yet but I provide full support. Can I claim her on my federal taxes this year.
