This girl and I liked each other, but barely know each other?

Well......she has a boyfriend......she's oversee....and she hasn't responded to you comment on facebook.....then on the other hand she might not respond to you because she still has feelings for you but feels guilty that she has a boyfriend so she figures that she should just ignore you, im sorry but i think you should think about asking her out when she breaks up with the guy unless you guys started talking and she hints that she's not really into her bf.
