What dietary changes have you made to TTC?
Well all three times I have become pregnant has been when I've decided to lose a little weight, including this last time!! This month I quit ALL TTC "stuff", only BD'd around the right time, started back on my healthy eating track and was about to try wu-yi tea and acai berry when voila, I got my BFP yesterday lol, so out the window with the "diet" and on with just healthy healthy eating. When I was actually "trying", I was taking evening primrose oil, tried pre-seed, tried robitussin, used opk's relentlessley, charted my bbt and the month I stopped ALL of it, I got pregnant.... I'm beginning to believe it's true that if you stop trying your body relaxes and mother nature takes it's course....
